Brent, Yay! I am so very happy to hear this news. It's horrible that the doctor put this worry onto you before running the test and making sure it was what was suspected. I would have already had the casket and music picked out (my personality - I react swiftly  ). Thank the heavens you had the love and foresight to wait to tell your children. I can't imagine the needless stress/sorrow that you avoided by waiting. Positive thoughts on the additional test and again I am so glad for you. Keep up on your proactive/preventative testing and lifestyle changes...it's all good. Take care - Sue!

Hi- I am so glad that you may have other options!
When my colarbone glowed and they said it had to come out, three years ago. I was a bit upset. Come ot find out, I had broken the bone when the wall fell on me.

Good luck with the PFT, for not being evasive they sure can wear you out. (I also have to have CT's every 6mos to keep an eye on the tumors in my lungs and lymph nodes, so your post really touched home!) Keep us posted and keep trying to put some weight on! God Bless! Alir, Sue, Molly, Jay and James,
Thank you guys for all the prayers, thoughts and wished, even the cressed toes and fingers. I dread the next two to three months of testing but can understand the need to findout what the spot is or the cause. I will be doing some of my own research during this time too along woth continuing to try to gain my weight back.
Will udate you guys as I know more and hopefully get back to ansering post here shortly.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers plus the story about your mother. I hope they are able to really take charge of her cancer and cure it in a soon period of time. It's nit everyday we receive this type of information but it does wake us all up about it can hapening to anyone. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Buggie, Lisa, Mollyc and Sarah,
Thanks to each of you for your prayers, thoughts and concerns. It feels good knowing there are people out there who actually care for our follow ASers. I'm stll working on the gaining of some of the weight back and also regaining th strength from the pneumonia. I have been taking myself to all the test and apointments myself because I did not want anyone in my family flipping out or having bad reactions to what had been going on.
