Orch.....Steve....let me get this straight.....YOU ran a marathon....with AS....your FRIENDS without AS took ibuprophen at some point during the SAME RACE, and we don't know how much....lol....YOU won. i don't use it, but i have a student that does marathons and he uses them. they allow people to not hit "that wall" where the body runs out of fuel. here's an example: http://www.guenergy.com/not sure what brand he uses. sue
