Orch.....Steve....let me get this straight.....YOU ran a marathon....with AS....your FRIENDS without AS took ibuprophen at some point during the SAME RACE, and we don't know how much....lol....YOU won. Period....end of story! LOL...the fact that you even ran that race is amazing enough for me, you brought the Rock!!

i don't use it, but i have a student that does marathons and he uses them. they allow people to not hit "that wall" where the body runs out of fuel. here's an example: http://www.guenergy.com/not sure what brand he uses. sue
