Can anyone recommend a good Doctor in Indianapolis? My current rheumatologist has written me off since I can't start the Enbrel and has said "We have tried everything..." Any suggestions?

I have only been through Indianapolis twice. Nice city. I am so sorry you are having this problem. Why don't you call your state Arthritis Association and talk to them. That is how I found my first Rheumatologist years ago.

If that doesn't work, try the national association.

I hope you find someone soon.

Hugs and Blessings.

Hi Kelly,

I don't know who you've been seeing, but I saw Dr. Denise Thornberry for 20 years until I moved to the Isle of Man and I liked her well enough. My AS is quite mild (in fact my diagnosis, made by Dr. Thornberry, is being called into question here in the IoM) and I only saw her once a year, so I can't say she'll be the answer to your prayers but she might be worth a try. I left Indiana 3 years ago so I'm just assuming that she's still in practice there. Good luck with your search.

Connie
