Rh factor or rhesus factor is just the +/- component of your blood type. You are A- so you can't get blood from someone who is A+ b/c they have rhesus antigen.

B positive. HLA-B27 positive. ANA neg. Don't know about the Rh factor. Did your Rheumy test you for that??
