If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Lon
I feel your pain and your frustration Sometimes when I am hurting and felling sorry for myself I think of Him on the cross and the excruciating pain that He must have had and it makes it easier for me to bear my pain. Regardless of how we feel or the crosses we must bear none was greater than the His. Never lose faith in God and the Wonderful things that He is capable of.. I will keep you in my prayers

(((Hugs))) I am so sorry you are having such a terrible time. We have a friend who is a missionary in Africa and who suffers greatly with AS. He was telling about his anger and that he literally went out in the yard and yelled at God and threw rocks at him. Later, he said he felt so silly but felt so much better and that he figured God was having a good laugh about this tiny mortal hurling stones in the air. God is bigger than we are and he can handle our anger. I get angry also. I have been thinking tonight though after reading in the new Neurology Now about chronic pain and about this person who did get pain relief and had already lost his job, his friends and some of his family but did do this new pain management thing and after his pain was relieved he didn't know what to do or who he was because he didn't hurt but he still didn't have his job, friends and some of his family and had to learn all over again how to live his life. In the article, just a small part of it was about "us" having pain but not letting the pain have "us". I am thinking about it because this week I haven't known who or what has who. I will be praying for you and for Lin and for your loss of your precious babies. You are a very special person and you know you are connected to God and He will help you through this. Hugs and Blessings. Possi

Hugs, Lon.
Go ahead and be angry, and sin not. God is big enough to handle our anger. He knows we are human and imperfect. Prayers to you and your family for the many stressors you've faced in the past week or so.

Hi Brother Lon:
I am one of those people who believe that you should not repress your emotions, just find a suitable outlet for it that does not harm others!
(Shovelling snow might be a good one for expressing that anger!)
(If you run out of snow out there in Wyoming we have a lot of fluffy white dog hair in our house, and you are always welcome here to help shovel that, too!)

Ow! I was just sitting in my back yard, and got hit by a rock that fell from the sky! Wonder where that came from? (Great story, Possi!)

LOL I said the same thing when I read his message. However, I don't think he is that strong but we have seen winds in Oklahoma lately that might have carried rocks to Africa. Just don't know if they have them that strong to carry them here. It is a great story. If I can find it I will post all of it. He wouldn't mind. Have a great weekend. Possi

Hi Sweet Lon, I sometimes realize I am in pain because I find myself really angry. Underneath all anger is pain. I'm sorry you have so much right now.
Remember, never go to bed mad. Stay up all night plotting your revenge.
(I know you couldn't do that, you're too sweet...I agree with Dow, shovel something!)
Take care, and Happy Easter, cc

*sending a big hug*
It sounds like you are in a cloud right now. Nothing seems to be good, all seems 'foggy'. That is sometimes a scary place to be and anger is an easy one to rise up to protect you. I'm sure we all have been there.
Here's a neat thing I just learned about. Search the scriptures.. new & old and find every instance it talks about a CLOUD. You will find that it is a sign of GOD's presence. HE is doing something in you right now and sometimes it is like labor pains. You can't stop whatever is happening, all you can do is PUSH thru to the other side of the cloud where God has a blessing or healing or whatever wonderful things on the other side. Let HIM work this good thing in you.
Anger is ok. And manytimes God uses these issues with other people to do something in us. To show us something about ourselves or even to show us something in that person. Sometimes it is something WE need to change, sometimes the information is just for our understanding about the other person. Not sure that makes any sense to you though....
Hang in there. The stress you are going thru is quite a burden to carry. It WILL always come out eventually.
Here's another bible story about anger: Jesus making a cat-o-nine whip and entering the temple.... whipping those people who needed a whipping!
God sees your heart... a repentant & OBEDIENT heart is all HE really cares about. Everyone sins & everyone falls short. But listening to HIS still, small voice and saying 'yes Lord' is what makes our sins all paid for. 1John 1:1-12 (I think it's until 12.. it may be only until vs 10, but I cannot remember!)
It's ok to be 'weak' and angry & sad & disappointed, etc. hang in there, brother, and KNOW that God loves you anyway!
