If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi back James (B)... Not forgotten, not poss. Apologies, I should have put in a smiley... Thanks for the reminder of the grabber, going to need summat like that. Hope I can locate in France somewhere. Though have a chum coming out later in the year. Am sure she'd locate one for me. My left shoudler surgery was 'eventually' OK (not brilliant) but not until after second surgery to put right the crappy first surgery! But now the right shoulder is chiming in for attention. Got a tear, but new rheumy don't seem to take a 'tear' on board... Will go along the physio route for now, and then if necessary, will ask my GP for appt with upper limb surgeon - what malarkeys we have to go through (read hoops!) Super that y're going to do another webcast. Terrif. Must look you up in youtube as well as. But not too cognisant with finding my way around this techo stuff (IOW, read 'thicko' ) 'Smile'. Have a great day James - Molly C Keeping on Keeping on

Hi Molly, I know you didn't forget about me... I'm just kidding lol. I can pick up so many different types of things with my grabber, it's great. Clumsy me likes to drop everything, so I get use out of it everyday. My youtube channel can easily be found by searching Ankylosing Spondylitis, you'll see my picture... (Amazing how fast some sites are at listing new pages). I go under a different alias over there... "perchy71" http://www.youtube.com/user/perchy71 I'm glad to hear your left shoulder is doing better now, but sorry to hear about the tear in the right. Opps, knocking at the door... Take care, James

Hi Trudi, I tried my hardest to keep the video as non-emotional as I could. I hope you are smiling today. I just heard from Chris's post that you like the video enough to put it on your page... I'm touched, thanks. I haven't seen your page yet, but I'm sure I'll see it soon. You already are more proactive than I was when I needed to be. If I had only known about the wonders of the internet, and places like KA. Take good care, smile. James.

Hi James:
That was truly excellent, your efforts will absolutely help us and others understand what you have been through.
I subscribe to the "GoodShipDenton" videos on YouTube as well and follow his progress (but he does ramble on and get off track more than a little..)
Great contribution, and as well as being informative, it is nice for all of us to get to know you better like this!!

Well James. I was gonna get all serious on here and say gooey things but I guess that isn't really me.......so now what about the lighting, oh and doyou think perhaps a joke here and there...........lol. wonderfulto meet you, not so wonderful to see the misery that this thing AS has done to you. Those less afflicted than you ought to shout their good fortune to the world.
I am one and I do shout........just wish I had a magic wand, for you would be my first visit.........now back to the lighting and was the focal plane of that shutter the right one do you think.................

I posted in my Facebook page... not a whole lot of exposure, but I do have a lot of friends! I think I may post it in my other blogs, if that is OK with you!
I can smile, James, only because I know and have such great friends here on KickAs. Otherwise life really, really sucks. I never thought about looking up AS on youtube and was up all night watching the few videos that are posted. And it was 'good' for me to see others and how others respond and think, and even swear! LOL! I have always wanted to post on youtube, but am so afraid of making mistakes or sounding stupid. Watching those videos showed me that those things I'm afraid of are what makes us human and unique and REAL.
I commented on your Myspace... I'm 'madebytrudi' there and other places too. I was trying to have a presence for my artwork, but this sucky disease has taken that away from me too. So there it is.... I'm really thinking more & more of vlogging for spondylitis on youtube sometime soon too.
