If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

During an internal, I had a doctor move my left leg, it cracked so loud it scared him and he jumped back. He was kind enough to help me off the table after that. It's also hard when your trying to settle at night, and each time you move every joint seems to snap, pop, and sometime cause lots of pain. Hugs Gerri

Hi Pasch, I recently discovered I don't have AS as first thought, but my knees crack every time I kneel down!! They have done that since I was a child, and my paedatrician (probably spelt wrong ) said it was normal, just air escaping from the joints. It still shocks people when they hear it, even though it doesn't hurt. Emma.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was going to blame you! (Anon)

Hey! my newest VA doc did the same thing after hearing my hip do that! He was VERY concerned because he's never heard a hip do that!! lol! I just shrugged and said that was normal.

My daughter has a couple toes that constantly snap when she walks... found it is a deficit of minerals in her system.
My body is not decicient, so that is not my problem!

Yep, in my neck also.
I actually like the sound as it tells me the vertebrae can still move somewhat!
