Does anyone know if powdered eggs are starchy?
I am referring to the scramble eggs often served at breakfast buffets etc.
Thanks Alecia

The egg cartons here in UK have an allergy warning printed on them -'this product contains egg'.

Eggs is eggs, powdered or not.

Eggs is eggs unless they secretly add garbage to them and don't list it on the label. There could be some sort of anti-caking/clumping agent added that might contain starch.

I do purchase egg white protein powder from a farm and it is not starchy (as tested with iodine). Don't know if that helps you out though.

Kind Regards,
Jay
