If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I watched a segment on a current affairs show here in Australia a couple of months back. All these people were swearing by how good the fish oil liquid was that they were taking, and how it was relieving their arthritis.
It sounded so good, that I went out and bought a high dose fish oil liquid. The only difference I felt after taking it, was that it upped my mood.
Two months later my brother recommended the fish oil that has been connected to the Adelaide Hospital Arthritis Centre.
It was cheaper than the other stuff I was buying, so I gave it a go.
The next morning my hands weren't seized up. What the! I lay there wondering why they weren't seized up, and then it came back to me - the fish oil. I went two days without my hands seizing up over night.
Unfortunately, my body seems to "get used" to these things, and by the third morning, my hands were seizing up again, just not as bad. It was exactly what had happened when I injected Enbrel.
I told a lady at the park about the fish oil, she bought some, and the next day after taking it, she could close her hands. She hadn't been able to do so for 10 years! A week later and she can still close her hands. She is very, very happy.
I've been taking it for two weeks now, and missed it one night and discovered that it is provding around 30% relief to my hands - because in the morning of missing the oil, they were amazingly seized up.
The fish oil is called Melrose Omega 8/12 Fish Oil and is normally kept in the fridge of the health store/chemist.
So many people suggest "stuff" to take, and just about every time you take it you don't feel any different - but this "stuff" is different. It seems it really works!
I have no connection with the company, so all I can say is, go and give it a go! It costs around $24 a 500ml bottle, and you take 10ml a day.

Me too, thanks James.
I also seem to get used to things very quickly - kind of felt like I had those old fashioned 'pac man' munching up everything good I tried to do.
Have a week of great results, start cheering about it and then 'something' overcame the benefit and I was back to square one again........DOH

Makes sense to me more and more. I just had a vitamin panel, and vitamin D showed up as deficient. I knew cod liver/fish oil has lots of D, and I doubled my dose. This week, I've been feeling surprisingly better. There must be some reason we're not able to synthesize/process D as well as other people?

I have the same problem with stuff working for a short while and then stopping. Why is that??? It's like this disease has a very evil mind of its own! My hands/wrists stiffen hard overnight as well. It's nice to hear someone else mention this. It is **very** painful, yeah??? Last night my neck did that and I had it twisted into an odd position, I honestly felt for a moment, paralyzed? Scary.
Thanks for the note on fish oil. I used to take it but have stopped. I'll start again.

Know that I won't be able to get that particular brand over here Jimmy, and pointless sending for from Oz (temperture variations - and you say refridgerated!) So, will just have to see what IS available. Though will be UK bound quite soon (Bath Residential Course here we come...) and can get a variety of fish oils in the UK.
Yes. My hands do seize up now and again, but not as much as they used to do. Hands 'used' to be so clenched that I had to prize em open. Strange, had forgotten how bad they used to get. Neck goes into spasms now. Horrible.
This treatment/supplementation is working for you and others, so...give it a whirl, see what gives for me.

Hi Molly I got the oil yesterday from the local health food shop.(Flannery's) It was on the shelf and they said it didnt need to be refridgerated until after it was opened. So you could get it if you wanted to.
I was looking for it in the fridge part and redirected to the shelves.

Yeah I got my local pharmacy to stock it, and they don't refrigerate it either.
Did it work for you?
