My name is Samantha and I just turned 29. Last year in June I was diagnosed AS. First shattered, now I learned to live with it like everybody here - I suppose.
I am using Humira every 14 days and in the morning I do 30 min. of Kundalini Yoga and I have absolutely no pain.
I tried to change my eating habits as good as possible.
oh yeah and once in a while I smoke some weed...

I hope that everybody has a painfree day.

Hi Samanta,
Welcome. Are you from India?. If it is so, can you tell me whether you get humira in India?. How much it costs.
Regards.
