If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello all i'm sure glad i found this web site. i was looking for a group that meets in okc. but i found this place. it is a wonderful site i've learned so much more about AS than doc ever told me. i hate that any of us have this but its nice to see that other people know just how i'm feeling. I'm in construction not sure how much longer i can handle they 10 hr days. my work buddies all think i'm fakeing it. sometimes not sure family understands how painful and how tired and fatiged you get. thanks for a wonderfull site and all the support you give each others.

You must be pretty tough to do construction with AS. I would struggle. It is amazing what you can do if you have to.

Hello Sooner, I am in the military and have been for over 20 years, I can do my job (for now) and I can suck it up and take the pain, but I worry every day about loosing my job, because I don't know if I can take the physical fitness test anymore. (Most days it is hard to walk let alone do ANYTHING else, let alone run a mile and a half etc.) If I loose my job I loose everything I have worked for all my life beacuse of this (BLEEP) disease. I also know what you mean, my co-workers dont care and I gotta remind my girlfriend every day that I have this...So hang in there and come back often, I am thankfull for this group, because at least everyone here is helpfull and understands, Dan C.

Hi sooner, I bet it is hard to handle 10 hour days with AS...hopefully the MTX and sulfasazine will kick in for you soon and offer up some relief...I know Possi is in OK and she replied to your post in the general forum, she wanted to know where you were in Oklahoma, you should check it out, maybe she knows of a support group in your area. Also, I hope you read the replies from Wendy and I regarding your MTX dose, important info....glad you found us....take care

Hello, I am new to this forum and I am looking to find valuable information here. I have been having a hard time finding a support forum and having to deal with this AS alone. I wish you the best. Shelly
