It is a quote from our own CC. Who is usually quite normal.... You mean to tell me; that we have people, educated people, in this forum, that "try to catch themselves". I know I talk about Lenny. I know there have been some somewhat odd things said years ago; but poplleezzee, trying to catch yourself in a mirror, has got to be drug induced?


So... I tried it. I have only been on cymbalta for 2 1/2 years now. Very few drugs, and



I tried to catch myself in a mirror and it was impossible! I know my physical limitations, but wether a mirror or a very thick glass door I always get stopped at the glass. I never could catch myself.. I did throttle Lenny once when he was making a very poor showing of himself:
How do you catch yourself? When beside myself; I can only see Lenny.
I have much consternation over this. It behoves each of you with prior knowledge of this situation to tell me.
Catch yourself in a mirror- come on. The glass always breaks then I got to get out the broom and ...

I always avoid mirrors Lon if I do see myself it scares me and like you say they break and then you cut yourself and have blood and glass all over the floor makes a terrible mess.
How is Lennie behaving hes self I hope.

Kevin- we are doing ok.
My heart seems to be ok, no damage.
I want to try and get in shape for the big hunt.
My two buddys backed out on me. So I may go it alone. Don't tell Lin, she doe snot want me in the woods alone wiht Lenny any more. He gets me in trouble.

Now I am confused, how can she "catch herself" if you are in front of the mirror?? You young people must have funny glass! Say friend, don't take me too serious, I am on the edge because of the pain!!!

Welcome to Literales, the world of the literalites. In this state, we find that even the likes of Lon (and most especially Lenny) can be seen beside themselves only after raising the bottom of several glasses of the finest Scotch. (Well maybe a lesser demon would work, but it wouldn't be as much fun and truly hasn't been tested nearly as much.) In this state, we also find that semi-trailer trucks have only 9 wheels, and those only on one side, which makes them travel down the road much like a bicycle. And they go only a very short distance since going down the road naturally precludes any movement up a hill. Also, in this state you will find, that cars park on parkways and drive on driveways, unlike our current reality.

I must admit that I have, on occasion, visited this state. My sons say I have been there more than I occasionally. They claim that I've been there so much that when I see the sign "Keep Door Closed" on a door, I have trouble proceeding. You know, they may be right.

You may know the late comedian, George Carlen. People think he died, but those of us who are in the know about Literales know he is now the Supreme Dictator for life of Literales, and refuses to be caught in a mirror or out of a mirror for that matter.
