If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I took some time to read past posts, which I found very helpful. I learned a lot.
I found this one posted by Tim:
"When first on diet I ate the same things everyday... but for each meal typically with only maybe changing dinner a bit.
Breakfast - eggs / turkey patty with steamed veggie (zuccini, brocoli, green cabbage) lunch - salad with tuna or salmon (store bought packages) with olive oil dinner - chicken, beef or fish with one veggie
Snacks - some fruit or walnuts/raisons mix
I lived like that for 1/2 year easily."
This seemed like a great framework. Of course, the vegies need to be tested cause zucchini and white cabbage can sometimes contain starch. I figure I just need to find a few vegetables I can tolerate and I'll be home free.
So far I've modified Tim's structure for me like this: One egg omelet 2x a day Chicken 2x a day Plus tolerated vegetables at each meal. I'm OK with having vegies at breakfast. So far I can tolerate: cucumber bok choy asparagus
Need to find a fruit. No nuts for me due to oxalates! No fish for me due to histamines.
It's a simple plan, but I think workable. After the huge pain flares this week due to apples and avocados, I'm not too eager to mess around too much till I get the iodine.
Be well!

Doh! Every time I've tested watermelon it goes black. Also have read the skin in black grapes is starchy. But perhaps that isn't true if you are OK with it.
I would sugest seedless green and also pink or light red grapes as the safest possible fruit.

my watermelon does not change color with iodine!I have tested a few of them. Eaten w/ no pain, it's also on the list as 0. Concord black grapes are supposed to be recommended, although a bit sour.

Kiwi, I'm wondering if it depends on how far the watermelon have travelled - in ChCh at any rate they're imported from Oz, so probably picked before prime. Don't know what growing conditions are like in your neck of the woods, but suspect the same situation. Here they're imported too, and as I discovered a no go....

I loved blueberries on NSD in States... miss them in Argentina (can find them in season... but expensive here).

I second that. Blueberries are very good for you and a great source of anti-oxidants. I eat a lot of them.
