If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I went on an interview today and put on a dress shirt I haven't worn in about a year. I was just barely able to button the top button and tie my tie without choking! In fact, I ended up having to remove the tie and unbutton the button because it was just too tight. Can AS change the width of my neck? I know it can affect the curvature of the spine, but expand the neck? Anyone? This shirt has a neck size of 17" for crying out loud.

Have you been taking any prednisone??? Or are your lymph glands swollen at all?

Shugs needs a much larger neck sized shirt than he did. He barely has a neck to be honest, caused by the fusing, it's difficult to explain what I mean though, his head is bend forward so his chin kind of "hides" his neck...if you see what I mean.
Take care

Could it just be posture changes? If your joints in your neck are swollen that could conceivably make your neck bigger. I have AS in my feet and my shoes are tighter at night than in the morning.

Nope, not on prednisone or any other meds. I don't think my posture has changed. I have loss of motion in my neck but I'm not stuck in a question-mark posture. Maybe it's just the muscles around my active AS in my neck; perhaps they're inflammed and thus enlarged. Can one even find a 18/19" necked shirt? One more reason/excuse for me not to wear a tie.

Hey Kevin, off topic, but who do follow in the Premiere League? I'm a Liverpool fan, but I also like Aston Villa, Everton and Tottenham.
