If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

After looking up year old posts and older, I still don't know if Brewers Yeast is beneficial for NSD. Just bought some , only ingredient is brewers yeast and nothing else. But, before I open it, I want to know if I should return it. If it is beneficial, which brands do you like? If no, what is the best way to get Vit B complex? Laurie

My opinion is that brewer's yeast is a great supplemental source of B-vitamins. It's a food based source. Most supplemental forms are made from coal tar which is not easily assimilated by our bodies.
The only thing I'd caution is that you may want to avoid it if you have any significant problem with candida yeast. While yeast does not feed off of yeast, my doctor explained, when I asked him if I could use brewer's yeast, that it might cross react.
Other than that, I can't see any reason not to use it.
Kind Regards, Jay

Thanks Jay,
Danny does not seem to have a problem with Candida. Trying to find a supplement for B complex, so this seems to be a good choice.
Appreciate your input.

I haven't used it yet. I am thinking about putting it in the morning fruit shake and also in the coconut muffins. I read that you have to start with small amounts and build up to 2 Tablespoons. If you start with the full amount it can cause stomach upset.
