ok at top left it says that I am offline and I see that Dow and Sue are online....so what am I doing wrong?

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

well something is wrong with mine, it keeps freezing up and I do a post it freezes I leave come back and have to start all over again...AHHHHH!
