I got some a couple of weeks ago, but - typically muddle brained me - I keep forgetting to take it!

Will go and drink some now. And then eat a coconut flour biscuit! Actually, I found it didn't have a strong taste or smell at all?

Jimmy! How have you been buddy? I'm glad to see that you are still KickinAS in here.

It's funny you should mention this fish oil thing. This very question has been running through my mind since I came back in here because of how annoying someone was in they way they insisted that I take Salmon Oil to cure all of my problems.

I thought about this encounter while writing about respect and similar things last night and this morning.

Now I'm hearing it from someone I respect, and in a way that I find very encouraging too!

You've convinced me to give it a try.

Thanks, and I hope to talk with you soon.

Chris

Hey ToP,

I think you can rest easy - my understanding is that the Melrose Miracle has unfrozen Jimmy's hands first thing in the morning, but that he is still hobbling around the rest of the time... Just a baby step to make life more bearable.

I have finally finished my mega-bottle of FO capsules, and will start the Melrose liquid tonight. Hmmm,....maybe I will be jumping up & down in the morning yelling "Eureka!!!" But I won't be holding my breath on that one!

Go well,

Louise

I had someone do the same to me with apple cider vinegar the other day. Most annoying indeed! I told her I'd put it on my list of "miracle cures" to try later and she was all offended, in a "well, if you don't WANT to be helped..." way.

I gave that one a 3 week trial last month - didn't do jot for me, but it *might* be the answer for you?!?!?

I'll send you my bottle...

OK Jimmy - I think it's time to check our Melrose shares - I am getting a HUGE dividend!!! clap clap clap

I have been on the Melrose Fish oil (10 ml before dinner)for a few weeks now - I thought it was helping a bit with SIJ and hip pain and quite a bit with morning stiffness in my feet and ankles... But I was still waking numerous times/night with my stuffed left hip and SIJ - can't lie on it too long, can't have it as the top leg too long before it's excruciating - even with a pillow b/w my legs...

Then,.....I read on the Arthritis Foundation (Vic) website that they now recommend *15* ml of the stuff for its anti-inflammatory effects. I figured I had nothing to lose, except my dinner. sick Surely 15 ml can't be a whole lot harder to swallow than 10 ml ???

I started on the 15 ml dose Monday night, and I'll be darned if I haven't had several good nights in a row - one night, I woke only *once* (briefly) to change position. I only realised this when I was woken by the dawn chorus - Miraculous!!!!!

All I can say is that after one good night I was grateful and thought it was a fluke - now I'm thinking that my constant left SIJ and hip joint pain is mostly down to a 2-3 during the day (from 4-5)and bothering me much less at night. WOW!

I hope somebody else can try this experiment too - it seems too good to believe. The NSD has helped quite a bit, and I assumed my 'residual' pain was from the joint destruction in my spine, SIJs and hips (i.e.: mechanical) but this Melrose Magic seems to be doing something far greater than any NSAIDs ever did for me.

Quite frankly, I am amazed, and I would urge all Aussies on this board to get some of this stuff and swallow 15ml a day for a couple of weeks and see what you think...

(Off to check the share prices now... roll )

Wow!

Thanks for that Louise.

Your post couldn't come at a better time. I've over done it and am a bit siezed up at the moment.

I'm going to up to 15ml like you, tonight, and go out and buy the shares tomorrow (I don't think they are listed - why would they???).

All the best,

James
