Yes... tea is all we drink in this house. My hubby gets up in the morning (5:45 am) makes a giant pot of tea (6 large mugs) and brings it down to the bedroom on a tray. I get woken up and drink two cups before I get out of bed and he drinks the other four. Then I go to work and make a pot of tea there and take it into my office with me.

I have to agree about the revolting syrupy pancakes - urgh.

carefull with the fruit a lot of sugar in fruit so not too much.Wholemeal bread with sugar-free marmalade is good for breakfast. Cup of tea and 2 digestive biscuits for mid morning Wholemeal sandwich with meat and salad for lunch with tea of course.And an evening meal with veg. And if your really good a small piece of cake or a piece of chocolate after your dinner is ok.
