We had a F2 tornado go through my town of Midland Ontario Canada. Missed our place by a few blocks, but lots of damage to businesses and a trailer park. I was on my boat when it hit and I could see shingels circulating above me as I was walking to shelter.

Dan,down here in this part of the country we look at an F2 as a little whirlwind, we have a lot of the F5's in this area. Just kidding, an F2 is plenty serious, glad it missed you.

Hi Danvon,
I'm glad your ok. What's up with these tornadoes lately? We had funnel clouds yesterday. Tornadoes are scary stuff, even here where tornadoes are supposed to be dinky in size. Tornadoes have been in my area lately too (near Toledo). On June 5th a storm with at least 3 tornadoes came through, one was an f3 and took the lives of 5. sad I took pictures of the F2 damage that was close to home.

Take care,
James.

Yikes....that's way far north for tornadoes. Glad you are okay. Down south in my neck of the woods, it's tornado alley. Spring means tornado time...but they can happen all year. But we get ugly blizzards, too, so I guess it's not totally weird for you to get tornadoes up there. Again, glad you are okay.

Wow, thank goodness you're ok, Dan! The really scary stuff was about 30-40 miles south of me yesterday, so dodged another bullet in what has been a very storm-filled couple of months.

Hi Dan
There was much talk about the Tornato on the laptop, hoping no one here from KickAS lived anywhere close. Hope you and everyone in Midland didn't get hurt. Glad you were able to get to a shelter safely. We had heavy winds, about the time of the earthquack(nothing major here - just little rumble in Kitchener).

Hugs
Gerri
