My aunt is moving into a condo and graciously offered me her coffee table and end tables. Well to clean and move my tables/end tables and replace them with hers has taken me close to 4 hours and I don't even have the last end table moved out and replaced yet.

Sweat is pouring down my face. My spine hurts. It was hard to sweep the floor because it put pressure on my chest. I can feel my legs trembling.

It should have been a 20 minute job! And now I am so ready for bed and its not even 4:30 PM! Like what the heck?

I don't know how all of you handle your pain. You are so brave. I have starting telling myself having scoliosis is like being in my own private world filled with just pain. Unless my doctors have scoliosis themselves they have absolutely NO idea of the pain involved with it. Their solution is always pain killers which sap my strength and tire me out.

Am going to go move the last end table and wipe my tears. I don't want to fry my keyboard. Pity party for 1 has just closed its doors.

Magic I know the feeling. Like you said, "Am going to go move the last end table and wipe my tears." I guess we just take a rest when needed and keep going.

I finally got that last end table moved. Dragged my old coffee to a place where I thought it would fit. Then discovered my eye measurements were off and had to drag it over to another area.

Just 45 minutes until I take my Arthrotec and can collapse into bed. I don't care if it is not even 9 PM. I am tired out.

Thank you, fonzy. It helps when one doesn't feel alone.

It really is my own fault. Never had to worry about weakness before. Some days lifting actually makes my back feel better. Today was not one of them. frown

Thank you, EricaK.

I know, right? Two Years ago @ 48 I was still strong w/ the occasional "bad back" episode. Now? I carried a microwave a few feet and now I'm spending the evening lying flat. Quality problem!
