This is the company that has an IL 17 drug in trials for AS. You know the science leading to a effective drug rather than failed research projects and only small improvements on existing drugs we see from Big Pharma so often.


No families take so little medicine as those of doctors, except those of apothecaries.

So is an IL17 drug completely different from an a-tnf drug?? I'm hoping so. Several docs have told me that I am pre-cluded from trying any of the other a-tnf drug family, due to my allergic reaction to Enbrel (stopped my heart, blush2 he he).

yes Donette the IL 17 and IL 23 drugs are different than the TNF drugs. They work on entirely different Cytokines.

The IL 17 drug is AIN457
