Great to hear that! Was curious about whether you thought the mine was helpful. Would you say it's a BIG difference? Hey maybe you'll be able to join the KickAS Ski Team this winter!

I feel a lot better. I actually started lifting some the other day. I am little scared of being to optimistic. I worry that it might go away.

Yo...I'll see you there! I usually go 2x per year but I think that I am gonna make it an entire year this time (I was in pretty bad shape when I started so it probably took my bod a little while to realize that I was repairing it!) Still feeling great and you should see my backyard! Major overhaul this year and my DH and I were the 50something labor and delivery ppl! Nice to get your life back huh?
Best of Luck! Maybe we'll see you in Boulder!

Still rolling along. Spent a week in the Desert with my mules. I took some pictures of the canyon country. I never noticed how much stiffness I was living with until I changed my diet. Now after going to Boulder I am more flexible than in years. I will be there in the spring, it would be nice to meet you.

Hey Darrel - glad the mine has done wonders for your quality of life! cheerleader

It's funny how you don't realise how stiff you are until you aren't! roll

Feel free to post any pics of that awesome part of the world that you live in - I love the sparseness and stunning geological features...

Been on one of the longest stretches of work and phsical exertion that I have done in my life. I had one stretch that started the night Brodie was shot that was 43 hours long. I am staying NSD along with my mine trip. So far my As seems to be improving. One of the guys on the search has RA. He has been hammering me with non stop diet and Montana questions. I will definitely be going back this spring.

Good for you Mulehound! Way to take charge.
It's been 8 months since I've been to the Free Enterprise this time. I think I can finally go a year at a stretch now - of course I was in such bad shape when I started so it used to be every six months.
I can sit here, typing on my laptop, sitting Indian style on the floor now. Who woulda thought?
Enjoy your holiday.
