Buggy will be careful. The minimum amount of time you can be ready to test is after 3 months of KM I classes. Then they post up testing dates and then the results. That's where I will panic. But I enjoy it so much. It's kind of like putting on a spiderman mask or Superman cape on for just ONE HOUR..then I'm back to little ol bony buggie! laugh2

Our instructors are extremely careful with us. They make sure our partners are using the right technique. And we all woot and root for each other. Really gets the ladies going. Even the shy ones open up by the end of class. It's empowering. And good exercise for the body at the same time. Now if they were bodyslamming me...I'd be a goner...so I'm safe! grin

I'm back into the normal routine now that I'm back at work.

Tuesday: 4 miles (80 minutes) and 30 minute neck stretching

It's been cold here by our standards...lol almost freezing...and starting to get really foggy. But it drove the geese from our little lake at work. I guess they went south.

Your elliptical has inspired me to try again. I've discovered if I walk really slow I can do a couple of miles without hurting myself. So... my new plan it to try and do the elliptical in slomo and see what happens.

Go TEAM! clap

With all the snow we have here the elliptical has become my training partner. I was tempted to run outside yesterday, but still ice where I run. I am afraid of the treadmill (balance issues) so I use the elliptical.

OMGoodness! It's working! cheerleader thanks y'all for showing up here and letting me know that stretching my limit was possible. smile All of you fruit picking, chicken pen cleaning, with/without dog walking, running, surfing, gym going, KM'ing, yard working.... People ~ you know who you are... You all have given me the certainty that one need not quit moving even though we have illness in our lives. yes

I'm pretty tired from increasing my laps, but I can feel my body getting stronger, and after I work up to a mile I'm going to add in some SLOW elliptical work.

Today I swam 1,350 yds in 50 minutes.

Go TEAM! clap
