Was horrified today to discover that the KA site is running very speedily. How distressing to discover that pages appeared within a moment of the selecting click of the mouse. Pictures in full colour, resplendent on the screen in the blink of an eye, thought provoking posts catching attention in rapid succession.

I want to complain about this new found speed!

Normally, as in the case of all aged people, I sit here surrounded by tea, toast and the occasional jammy (Jelly) doughut. I take epicurean delight in the slow masticatory demolition of the vittles whilst happily awaiting the appearance of a KA page.

Sad to report, so little time do I have now, that tea sits beside me, un-drunk, (Unlike Mig and Kat) covered in a cold and cloudy milky scum, doughnut is stale (although I did take a moment to suck out the jammy bit)and the toast, which was already burnt, has been consigned to the bin........

Please KA bosses everywhere, slow it down, I am starving here............errrr................! wink wink

I'd happily swap my aging laptop for your present computer, if you would like to slow down the internet experience a little - I can guarantee it would work, no matter how fast KA bosses make their site.

Alan - it seems as though Steve's alter-ego Slo-Mo Man should really apply to you?????

What do you mean I'm un-drunk!!?? Wait ... is that a good thing?

You great clot, you. Now, eat that jammie doughnut, get the goo all over the keyboard and that should slow you down a bit. At least from typing. The mouse is another story. You might want to dip it in the tea to slow it down. Since KA won't slow down, I mean.

Warm hugs,

Kat

the quips to her lips
in tumultous abound

Bendy Wendy
had a go
at Poor old Al
whom she thinks slow!

But no, I know
that I'm not slow
for I'm always

And furthermore,

Alan, you must be joking. After I read your post, my computer freezes, then I had to refresh my screen twice, then I went to submit my fist message, and it went missing. Tell me friends would that not tell you we have a jinx among us.

Hugs
Gerri

PS: made a copy of this message - just in case - Alan's at work again :o)

Gerr, I had the same problem. I responded to Alan's post, then it lost my message and I had to recreate it! Jinx!!
