Hi, I believe everyone will probably remember my advice to those people who suffer from depression. Just 15 days ago, after suffering since she was 9 years old, my brilliant, talented, kind, gentle, beautiful 25 year old daughter died of depression. I urge everyone here to visit NAMI and become educated on this deadly illness.

I know there is nothing any of us can say to make this better and I am so, so sorry!
You are such a presence here at KA you have changed the whole feel of KA with your fitness forum for us.
I know what you daughter went thru I AM one of those daughters, to choose to live every day sometimes is very tough.
I can't imagine what you are going thru, just know that we all are here for you anytime!
I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Erica, my heart breaks to think of anyone losing a child to this terrible disease. Feel free to talk about her here anytime you want. We will listen and loan you a shoulder to cry on whenever you need one.

Erica - I am so sad for you. I've thought about you lots since this happened. Having experienced severe depression myself, I think I have an inkling of what she must have been going through. I'm so sorry that this was the outcome. At work, we regularly assist young people who are experiencing the hardship of this illness and, sadly, all too often have to intervene to save their lives. I wish all the strength and support possible to you and your family. I send you giant hugs.

Erica, Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. What an awful tradgedy. My heart is breaking for you. Loosing a child is the worst thing a person can face in their lives. We are still dealing with the loss of our nephew last month, the same way. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
Epidural Steroid Injections x8; Lumbar Radiofreq Ablation x2
