Hey Jeff, sure glad you got that straightened out for you sake. I've been in therapy since last June, your explaination of your last visit just shocked me. When ending routine therapy, an exit interview is protocol not a blip in the hallway. Insurance companies require signed monthly assesments and exit interviews when therapy is completed. Hope your doing well

Hi Kat,
It does feel good not needing regular appointments. My feeling, by the way the sessions were going is that I never needed regular appointments, just someone to talk to without feeling like I am being judged. I think I end up talking about work than my chronic pain and how I am dealing with it. I will probably keep going for that benefit alone.

Hi Cindy, Bad on his part and he knew it when I told him how I took it. He is pretty laid back and I am so much the other way (something I am working on). For the most part I am doing well. How are you doing after your surgery??? I hope things have healed up well for you.
