Just found out from my sister (in Sweden of all places!) that Prof. Ebringer will be in Seattle, US this month to speak at the 2011 International Symposium:

"The Challenge of Emerging Infections in the 21st Century:
Terrain, Tolerance, and Susceptibility"

This Symposium is about cracking the code of how susceptibility to infection or dysfunction is created.

I take it this is a "professionals-only" affair, and registration fees to attend are steep.
Sis says she will purchase the post-video of the conference, so will see if I can YouTube it when she gets her hands on it.

Thank You so much for info. I wonder if they allow public audiences like me.

Wow! There are three or four others that are of great interest too. This is a powerhouse conference. Appreciate the information.

Kind Regards,
Jay

thanks for the heads up!
sounds like a very interesting conference.

some professional meetings are open to anyone willing to pay the registration fee. some are closed to a small pool of applicants that get selected. don't know about this one. could read to find out, the site should say.

ok, looked at it......looks like anyone could attend, but very expensive. most of the meetings i go to are only $200-$300 not including hotel, food, travel.

also looks like the stuff we've been reading about and discussing in our infectious disease class smile will send the link to my colleague that coteaches it with me and our class. think they'd be interested in seeing it. thanks again!

Are there any videos, DVDs etc available from Ebringer's speeches?

I have found one or two on YouTube but they only go for 5 minutes or so.

Those (YouTube) are the only ones available, as far as I know.
