No not yet Its a tough test most people fail and have to go through an appeal. As I understand it its all done on a questionnaire and not a medical.
The DLA is the same if you can move even if its in a wheelchair it doesn't count for mobility . So even if you have no legs you are still classed as mobile.

THIS GOVERNMENT STINKS the disabled are going to pay for there mistakes and a lot of us are going to suffer I'm afraid.

I've just put my DLA renewal forms in a couple of weeks ago and waiting to hear. I did make sure I updated my GP with a summary of what I'd put on the forms, to make sure we were both singing from the same song sheet on it. I've put pretty much the same stuff down as last time and the time before, but have absolutely no confidence it will come out at the same level. Just glad I don't have to do the IB/ESA thing at the moment - managing to hang onto a pretty flexible sort of job that works OK for me at the moment.

thanks for that. Presumably we will be summoned each when it is our turn.

Is a devil that I was awarded this only 2 years ago after 45 years of AS, now I have to do it all again..........cripes.......

Got a letter today saying they were contacting GP for a report. I have already made the point of updating GP and handing in a summary of what I put on the form, so hopefully there won't be too much disagreement on it and I won't have to go off and be seen by one of DWPs docs. Still, I hate the waiting and not knowing. I can't imagine having to go through all that ESA stuff though. From what I have heard it is an absolute nightmare.
