If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I will post here the foods that i've eaten for about a month that lower my inflammation low enough to forget i have problems for most of the day. Also the morning stiffnes was reduced almost to minimum. My gut feels verry good also on this diet - the UC symptoms are reduced to a minimum. My stools are firm, mostly 1 / day, no mor gas, bloating or other stuff.
it's a restrictive diet, but for me works verry well if i keep on it: turkey meat, cooked in oven. chiken meat, cooked in oven. Swiss cheese. piementos, raw (don't know if it's the right word, but you can find the picture here:http://viatalatara.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/ardei-gras.jpg). carrots, raw. cellery root, raw beetroot, boiled, with some lemon juice and olive oil. dry red wine (pinot noir). water (mineral water).
This is it. All other foods, fruits, sweeteners, or condiments excluded. If i cheat, i pay.
Forgot the suplements: Vit D - 5 drips (probably 10.000 UI), after breakfast. Pancreatine - 3 times a day, after meals. Vitamax or Centrum - multivitamin brands - i do not know if they are available outside europe.
The rest of the medication is in my signature.

Hello there, Good to hear on results. Hopefully becomes less restrictive for you in future. My guess is that "piementos" may be peppers (green, red) as "pimiento" in Spanish is pepper. Just my guess as was too lazy to look it up Tim

Glad you're getting some results. I echo Tim's sentiment and hope that your list can grow a bit in the future. Though I do see red wine on there and I so I know you're enjoying life! I've got a basement full of homemade red wine and I certainly enjoy a glass or two from time to time. It's the little pleasures that make all the difference, right?
My wife recently made us some celery root "mashed potatoes" that were out of this world. I didn't see any fats (coconut oil, butter, olive oil?) on your list, but the recipe was basically just cooked celery root/mashed, add some fat (butter, etc.), throw in some grated cheese at the end, mix and eat. It was amazing.
Continued success on the diet!

10x bob, i will try this "mashed potatoes" substitute let's see how it goes. i can use butter, only that on that food list there nothing to be used with. i have no problem witht he shortness of my food list. I do not crave for carbs anymore for a long time.

Congrats on feeling better with your diet. I can't seem to tolerate much either, no grains, dairy, and nightshades. I can't wait until I get to the point where I don't crave carbs. Good job!
take care, Sheri
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

10x. for me it took about 1 year, with 2-3 big cheats (more than 1 week) inbetween.
you'll get there. I am able at this moment to sit at any table, eating my carrots while others eat every goodie you can think of and not feel a thing.

Yeah, I agree about the cravings, they will eventually disappear. I'm at the same point now...as far as carbs go. Though I do seem to fall off the wagon and have a little too much ice cream every once in a while.
