Oh Erica, you have my deepest sympathies. I am so very sorry for you and your family, to have to bear the loss of another close family member, my heart just goes out to you.

I hope it was a real comfort for your sister to have her son at her side.

Wishing you will continue being surrounded in love and support,
my love and thoughts are with you, Erica. hug

Hi TEAM! smile

I really do look at all the posts every day. You all are making me happy with your stick-to-it-ive-ness. yes Watching the stats pile up makes me know that life goes on, one step/stroke/pedal/etc... at a time. yes

Yesterday I noodled hardly enough to mention it. Today I spend about half an hour doing very slow laps. Didn't count the distance at all.

Today would have been my daughter's 26th birthday. Here's what we did to celebrate. roll

Love and hugs to you all. hugss You can't possibly imagine how much you've all done for my morale over the last 6+ months. Thanks from me to you. heart

Erica - I don't have a tutu that fits me but two of my granddaughters wore tutus as they played at being ballerinas. I didn't explain why I wanted them to wear the tutus but they were happy to dance to Enya.

I walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes yesterday but couldn't get my walk today because Sennen didn't want to go for a walk (too hot and too far!!)
