Wow, Lon, that is a real laundry list of ailments they've handed you. All I can say is that really stinks in too many ways to even count. I'm sorry you have to slog through so many problems on a daily basis; how you manage to do so with the upbeat attitude you display here at KA so often is beyond me. You are, and always have been, a real fighter Lon, so keep fighting the good fight. At the same time, never hesitate to come here to KA to rage against the medical machine as much and as often as you need to, as we always understand that a person can only take so much without doing some good ranting and raving.

You add so much to this site, Lon, and I hope that stays true for many years to come.

Wow Lon...you've got to get some rest, it's so important...have you tried the supplement Melantonin? I know many that swear by it!! I hope you find something that'll work...you simply have to get some sleep! My doctor put me on a new medicine for my MS(Tysabri), I take it once a month by IV, yesterday was my second treatment and I'm having some luck with it. I hope you and your family have a very happy Thanksgiving...hugs to you & Lin, my friend!!!

I have worked on a different mask. The new sleep meds seem to be giving me a bit deeper sleep.
Many like you have poosted about such things, before I got the diagnosis....
I miss getting a German Shepherd by a few hours.. 8 months old..
Of course I aM WONDERING HOW you came out with the financial bust that was thrown your way by the hureican and such???

Doing okay financially...it was quite a lick though, especially the BP spill, we had no Jumbo Gulf white shrimp season to speak of, they're not sure if the oil and the oil dispurssants destroyed the harvest temporarily or permanently yet, studies are going on to see. I had my crew outrig the KAlypso for Catfish, Oysters and Crab to keep the boat working and Mike is building a new bank and hospital right now, so we're okay...the property still has a little work left to do and we have decided to elevate more than we are right now, we're at 10'10" and we are going up another 3 feet to 13'10"...I can't wait until that's over, everything else is fine...my rheumy has ordered a bunch of new tests, I'm almost finished with all of them...and how is Lin doing? Too bad about the pup...that would've been nice...

I hope the new meds make a difference. I have been able to wiat until later afternoon, then I decide what I have to do, and either go home or medicated, or do both.
Usually it is the new headache that is putting me to the floor.
I hope Mike is doing well with his construction and plans. Wow you but have a lot going on.
I this this creation will recover back to what it was like; but we have got to stop taking short cuts and causing these big disasters!!!! I sure hope your company stays busy and makes the business profitable..
