Hi All,
This is a great thread/forum. It is hard to find an exercise buddy.. hope I can stick with posting like you all do.

Bicycling, swimming and daily exercise are what I want to share. so I'll catch up and try to keep up. Rode 4 miles in the cold on the 2nd and just 20 push-ups the last 2 days.

ike,
welcome. do what you can, when you can!
It encourages us.

I used the ice pick too much yesterday, my headache is much worse, my shoulders are burning, I hope that it is just from the extra fluid, and will be better tomorrow.
did ride the stationary bike 3 miles at 12#.

Thanks Lon and Sue,
Sticking with stretching and push-ups today. I guess I should dust off the treadmill.

Thanks again, Ike

Ike,
that treadmill will work just fine with a wee bit of dust on it.
cross train, more minutes a day, if ya can. remember you never know when you will cause or go into a flare because of exertion.

glad you are here, with us on this journey

It snowed a little last night, but the roads were just wet. I ran 7.54 miles in 1 hour 18 minutes. There was some snow on the roads in a few places, but I was not the only one leaving foot prints in the snow. I did slow down when there was snow on the road to make sure I didn't fall.
