If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All, This is a great thread/forum. It is hard to find an exercise buddy.. hope I can stick with posting like you all do.
Bicycling, swimming and daily exercise are what I want to share. so I'll catch up and try to keep up. Rode 4 miles in the cold on the 2nd and just 20 push-ups the last 2 days.

ike, welcome. do what you can, when you can! It encourages us.
I used the ice pick too much yesterday, my headache is much worse, my shoulders are burning, I hope that it is just from the extra fluid, and will be better tomorrow. did ride the stationary bike 3 miles at 12#.

Thanks Lon and Sue, Sticking with stretching and push-ups today. I guess I should dust off the treadmill.
Thanks again, Ike

Ike, that treadmill will work just fine with a wee bit of dust on it. cross train, more minutes a day, if ya can. remember you never know when you will cause or go into a flare because of exertion.
glad you are here, with us on this journey

It snowed a little last night, but the roads were just wet. I ran 7.54 miles in 1 hour 18 minutes. There was some snow on the roads in a few places, but I was not the only one leaving foot prints in the snow. I did slow down when there was snow on the road to make sure I didn't fall.
