OK-I'm a believer. 3 weeks or so in and seemingly, the dragon CAN be altered and manipulated. Only opened the codiene bottle once in the last two weeks, and how nice to have a manageable level of unrest again-Also lost 9 lbs-probably too fast but I'll take it. Thanks John, and our family of caring souls on-line. I think I have to be very aware of keeping my intake of sugar water up-I go through 2 litres of "McCain" drinking each evening .I'd like to also clear up my liver some too,and I know lots of clear,clean water does assist that.Also taking a 10-day series of Clindamyacin, and have never been this regular-clearly,to me, there is some science at work here- just keep those do-nuts away from me.Death to white flour! Another thing to help your liver is to get some dandelion tea. Dandelion is very supportive for our livers. What I basically do is mix a packet of dandelion tea with a packet of a more flavourful tea and I can't really even taste it.
Just thought I should pass that on. Our livers need a lot of help, especially if they're cleaning up after NSAIDs and such.

Good job and thanks for the upbeat post. Helps to keep me motivated since I am at the end of week 1 (with success thus far).
Question for you - what is "McCain" drinking water? Just curious.
