If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

What if??? What if i didnt have AS?
How much faster could i run.. How much further could i swim... How much longer could i stand for....
Were in my life would i be...? When would the pain start when i train hard..?
But the thing is... I DO HAVE AS..
I cant run as fast.. I cant swim as far... I cant stand for very long... And the pain starts early when i train....
As a soldier i have to work harder then most people to stay fit and ready... But sometimes i think its just to much to ask of my body to keep up ....
I know this is just a rant and not very constructive but i just needed to tell someone
Train Hard... Work Hard... Play Well... Live Well........... Jeff

Well Adzy sad to say you do have AS so whilst your pinnacles of desirous achievement may need to be lowered, striving for new ones is just as exacting, demanding and even more satisfying than before because you are not only challenging yourself but also the AS and winning...........seems a dammed good result to me.........keep at it.

I love swimming and not letting this darn disease stop me! I'm not much into the 'what if' game as I find I get depressed thinking of everything I 'can't' do or 'hurts to do'. But I'm glad you're able to put your expressions into action in a positive way!
