If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi, I haven´t been around lately as I am unbelievably busy, I mean really really busy. I am trying to start up a new business and am having all sorts of problems with the premises and the builders. Also my in-laws are over from Colombia for a holiday so the house is seriously full. I have no time or place to think.
I am getting to the pool 2-3 times a week to keep things ticking over (not much more) but unfortunately I don´t have time to tell you guys about it. Hopefully things will start to clear up soon.
Go team, keep smiling and enjoy life!

How are the kids this week with the loss of your dog? I've been thinking about you all. The family is doing well we miss our dog, but we all knew that he was getting old, and he would not be with us much longer. Thanks for thinking of us. I hope you are doing OK in the heat.
