If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run 10 miles in the canyon (lots of traffic in the canyon today). It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Why so much traffic do you think? Do you wear high visibility clothing? I'm such a mama duck. Good job running!

Today I swam 900 yds in about 40 minutes. In a stupid flare AGAIN. Bah. Sooooo... taking a low dose round of prednisone sounds like a dandy idea. My sister and I have a friend in town that we've known for 30+ years and I'm not missing any more minutes of it! Prepare to party! GO TEAM!!!

then we are pred buddies this week! expected to be in a flare by now, but oddly this year my flare was in the beginning of the summer and just recently seemed to finally go away. but at a meeting in a city so lots of walking needed to be done. rheumy told me to do the pred taper preemptively and so i am. didn't start it the day before the trip like i wanted to, but rather yesterday, so yesterday my feet were quite sore. but today, even with more walking, seem really good. lots of walking yesterday to the art museum then through the art museum then from the art museum, ~3 hours, distance unknown. today walked about 3-4 miles total. time unknown.

My GPS is working again:). A little minor surgery did the trick, but I think I had better start planning for a new one. Today's run 3.7 miles in 34:02 minutes.

I had to pull a leaking hot water heater out of the basement, I had help..
by the time I climbed the stairs to get parts, amke a second trip, etc.. it was a good work out
a bit sore I am afraid, but I saved some $
