If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

http://www.betterhealthguy.com/joomla/blog/243-dr-stephen-fry-on-fl1953I don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but I thought it was sort of interesting. This doctor apparently found a microorganism that he thinks could be linked to many autoimmune diseases. As a treatment he recommended a very low fat diet in combination with antibiotics like tetracycline. He also said that people struggle with wheat because it contains arginine which can nourish the organism.
Mike / 35yo / HLA-B27+ / diagnosed with AS march 2012 / Dermatographic Urticaria since 2017 FODMAP diet, Enbrel, Meloxicam, Tramadol PRN, Xolair for chronic hives.

I'm interested in this too. Low fat diet and tetracyclines are just about the only two things that have ever helped me. The low starch diet, on the other hand, has been a disaster.
Not diagnosed. Lower back pain 30+ years.
