Hi My spine is fused completely. It took about 30 years to reach this point. There is still some action going on in there but the pain has slowed down considerably. I believe the more physically active I am ...the better I feel (less pain) Ray

Hi Wilhelm Yes...I am kinda limited in movement. Lucky for me that my spine is straight. I also cannot turn my head from left to right. The most important thing to me is to stay as active as possible to maintain things the way they are now and not to allow it to get worse. I do that by working (finishing carpenter/cabinet maker)Lucky for me that I love doing it. A 4 hr. day just about does it. After all, I am 65ys. Never stop fighting AS. Good luck Ray

I bend forward at the hips quite well.
