Hi Everyone

How is everyone holding up this winter? It has been pretty mild here and a lot of sunny days which helps

It has been a rough couple of days and I am not out of the woods yet. Tonight was the first night in 3 days since I have eaten a full meal. I have also been in bed most of the time, sleeping 14 to 16 hours a day and still tired all the time. Thank goodness for the electric blanket.
Still managed to get a few easy household projects done and ran a few errands. Nothing planned for tomorrow, might need a little more time to recuperate. frown

My dog Nettie is getting heavy due to her lack of exercise.
Will have to get her out more often so she can run. Luckily our city has a few dog parks but we just don't get her out as much as we would like to in the cold weather. If not soon I can at least give her a walk.

Life is Good smile

Thanks Lon,

Haven't been able to do much other than bring the trash containers to the road and back, hang a blind and replace the dryer vent. Doing a lot of resting.

Hope you are doing well Lon. Hope you are settling in to a new schedule. smile smile

Stomach flu??? No bueno!!!! So sorry Jeff. I know it is going around up here to. I hope you are feeling better soon. Look's like you are flaring to, no bueno again! You have your dog to keep you nice and extra warm though. I think a lot of us are resting a lot right now. Hibernation season with underlying PAIN! I'm flaring to so, yea, down for the count. You feel better soon okay?

Hi Pea

Sorry you are flaring...The fibro pain is worse this time of year too. I see the Rhuemy on Monday along with a GP appointment in the afternoon. Tomorrow I have to take my wife to work and than go pick up my Enbrel and then pick up 2 other meds in the afternoon. Drinking tea in the afternoon now to combat fatigue. I feel like such a slug in winter.

My GP gave me some steroid cream for the patches on the backs of my arms and legs. I am wondering if I should stop using it so my rhuemy can see the patches and diagnose it or send me to a dermatologist. The cream works so should I find out what it is? or just keep treating it and leaving it at that. Both Doctors have seen it before and they both just shrug their shoulders. I get this every year and it is not dry skin. The patches are in the exact same place every year.

Your Post made me smile...Thanks for that smile

Hi Possi

Can't wait till I feel good enough to take her to the dog park again. Nettie has such a blast out there. She always let's other dogs catch her ball if they are chasing it too. She is very careful not to play too rough with the older dogs either.

Thanks Possi smile
