How are you doing now? Just about any type of "those" injections hurt the first and maybe second day and then....Ta Dahhhh....relief! Sweet relief!

Had an epidural where my bulging disc is a couple of days ago with fluoroscopy. Wonderful little invention.

thanks everyone for thinking of me. been in the recliner most of the time, its good there. but still can't sit at my desk, hoping that changes in a few days.

patience. don't have much today......

i stopped taking the aleve cause my stomach was bothering me a little this morning. been taking it almost a week, that's about the limit for me. the aleve was nice yesterday though. now its just me and the ice.

Sue,

Glad it is all over and you are on the road to recovery. Just take it easy. i found getting in and out of the car a real challenge the first few days. Hope it kicks in and starts working for you soon.

Hi Sue

Hope you feel better really soon. My shots have kicked in and I feel so much better. I had the best night's sleep in two months ,and woke without too much pain.

Hugs,
Janet

thanks jeff smile

I think its getting better, but sitting is still a challenge.

I think part of my problem the last few days is I had to stop the Aleve due to gastritis. So I'm on my own now.

Being able to sit in the recliner this weekend was helpful.

thanks Possi,

I woke with a killer headache (neck spasms causing occipital muscle spasms causing occipital nerve to give the headaches) but slowly the headache is getting better.

Started doing neck exercises to help with the neck spasms.

Going to the chiro in a few minutes.

As you know, as we all know, unrelenting pain is exhausting, especially when we have to be functional at work.

Well, things have been worse, and I've gotten through them, so, will get through this too.....

thanks for thinking of me. smile
