You wouldn't have a recipe you could share for the homemade seed bread would you please?? :-)

Here is the recipe I used for the vegan seed bread. NOTE: I subbed in almond flour and removed the oats from the recipe!

I also have tested sunflower seeds numerous times with iodine, and I find them safe for me. Others have mentioned not eating sunflower seeds, but eating pepitas instead. But pepitas (pumpkin seeds) always test starchy for me, so I stick with sunflower seeds!

And here is a seed cracker recipe I really enjoy, again, you can sub in and out what works for you: http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/healthy-snack-rosemary-flax-crackers/

I'm now a KICK AS (and Kick IBD) success story!! After going low starch Paleo to heal my gut, I can now eat nearly all starches, grains & foods without inflammation, flare-ups, or pain. I used a modified SCD diet approach (minus dairy! plus cacao ♥). Cheers to healing & thriving again! I blog at http://www.forestandfauna.com/about/
