glad you are well smile

careful with the post op exercises,it's so easy at this stage to overdo things and any strains or injury could set you back weeks.

if any particular exercise hurts, back off, and try again next month

all the best Wendy, you are a real trooper

Thanks John! I've noticed that patience is essential. My physio tried to get me to do side leg raises too early which was very painful and the leg wouldn't move no matter how much I tried to send the message to my muscles to LIFT! Then, a week later, it happened fairly easily with a fraction of the pain. So it just seems to be 'give it time' and everyone is different.

((Wendy)) I am very happy for you. For Felix, so much joy; your surgery (this one) behind you and able to return to work. Wow!
I hope your pain lets up and you are able to finish your doctorate. You are an inspiration.

Hugs.

Joyce

Congrat's on the new baby boy! How exciting! Oh I love the smell of a little tiny baby and their little soft heads are so sweet too. Glad you are on the mend and going back to work soon.
