If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Started on my 3 mile run at 5:45 this morning. At about 2.5 miles into the run it started to rain, about a block later it was pouring. I cut off early so the run was 2.81 miles. A few minutes after I got home the rain stopped.

8 miles. That's beastly, you must feel like a champ after a run like that. How long does that take you? I have a Dr. friend I play tennis with who runs marathons and what not or is just starting too. Real bright guy. I was scheduled to have my ACL put back in last monday but had to postpone it cause of an infection/elevated LFTs(liver stuff)
I wanna try a long run like that. I don't think I've ever gone over 6 or 8 miles or something? But I did that on adderrall or pain pills not just my own strength and it was on a cozy treadmill. I bet that workout is so good for AS when I'm really feeling [*bleep*] and bored I'll do the elliptical for an hour to hour and a half..
How long does it take you do the 8 miles?

eight miles will take me a little under 80 minutes. Years ago I always ran at a steady 8 minute per mile pace. Then a few years ago I was running at a 9 minute per mile pace, and I thought I am just going to hold at that pace. I could not hold it. Now some days I run a little over 10 minutes per mile, and some days I run just over 10 minutes per mile. Today I ran at an average of 9:46 per mile.

This morning I got up, and both the guys I run with had texted me to say they were not running. I looked at the temperature, and it was just one degree above freezing. Not wanting to get all my winter stuff out I dove to the gym to go on the elliptical. The gym was closed for the next few days. I thought about going back to bed, but then found my gloves, put on a long sleeve shirt, and took off. 4.13 miles later I was done running.
