If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

yesterday walked around an arts and crafts festival for ~4-4.5 hours; the walk from parking to the festival itself was a bit of a hike.
First year i've been able to do it with almost no foot pain / fatigue..... yay humira!

I have been doing the exercises that my neurologist gave me to do. I do miss running. In the morning when I walk out of the house, and look at American Fork canyon I really miss running up the canyon.

Lin and I went to NW Washington, near Seattle, to help our daughter get her house ready to sell. We did yard work, scrapped and painted the house:Piled wood and wrestled with 45# Wyatt. I doubled pain meds, and did take two naps, but the Lord helped me get through. I have always known that I need to do something after dinner, rather than just sit, but it can be difficult to move when I am so tired.
You guys are the best. Go Team Go!
Steve - can you walk very far?
Love you all! Lon

Good job mowing, walking, exercising, and baby wrestling everyone! I've been swimming e/o day, doing the resistance circuit 2x per week, and spending 30 minutes on the elliptical 2x-3x per week. Now if I could just quit eating candy! Go TEAM!

Yesterday evening, we took a walk around sunset because the day had been so hot and muggy (that's why we waited til the sun was almost down). There were lots of clouds in the sky, but enough clear sky by the horizon that it was a beautiful sunset with red, orange, and pink clouds. So pretty Walked a mile, ~25 minutes Steve: hoping that either you can run again, even if for shorter distances, or you can walk in the places you used to run and enjoy that just as much in time. I used to run when I was younger and was definitely addicted to it myself, so I can understand how you miss it. I can't run anymore, but do enjoy the walks, especially if I take my camera. I also enjoy biking (along the canal...I should do that more), but I'm assuming that's probably out for you. Walking is nice though....though its not the same as running, I get that.

Good job walking at sunset! Is been wierdly muggy here as well, which is unusual because it's the desert. Yesterday I walked 1/2 way up serpent's trail with two of the grandsons. It's about 2 miles with a 1 mile increase in elevation. Steve, I'm with Sue. Very sad that you've had to give up running. I myself ran until I was 23ish, then had to give that up for hiking, then had to give that up for swimming. The endorphins are never the same as running... Though there is some joy in being outside. Go TEAM!

another sunset walk. pretty sky, but not quite as grand as yesterday.
another perk to walking at sunset, the robins are very singsongy that time of day / evening.
walked ~½ mile, ~15 minutes.

walked ~½ mile, ~15 minutes. Birds are a definite plus! I could only swim slowly for 40 minutes today. Still tired. Go TEAM!

Today I swam 800 meters in 30 minutes. I sure wish that I knew a way to get my speed up. Tomorrow I'm going to walk up the Serpent's Trail again with my hubby. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Goooooo TEAM!
