It is always my pleasure to have this website running properly.
So much valuable information is contained within the pages.

I continue to log in hoping others will have decided to hop aboard and join. I know things here have slowed way down. Maybe things will start up again?

In two days I will receive my 5th Covid vaccine. Yes you read correct! 5th shot! It will be a Bivalent Vaccine.

I am anticipating my MS will once again kick in and my walking will be affected for the day.

Hey Ange! I keep hoping others will pop by as well. Hopefully, they will.

I have my fourth jab this morning. I think it's the new one, but who knows. I was supposed to have it on Saturday, but my GP surgery didn't receive their delivery and called to see if I could move it up to last Wednesday so I wouldn't be missed. Unfortunately, I was at that point within the two week waiting period before my Covid injection. It was imposed by my pain management specialist, because I had anasthaetic injections to the nerves in my neck and shoulder, over two weeks ago, now. Luckily, the NHS had an opening only two days later, this morning, not too far from my house. I was supposed to have my Adalimumab on Saturday as well, but had already decided to wait another two weeks to give the vaccine a chance to work. I'm sticking to that schedule. I only waited a week at the beginning of July when I had my jab, and got Covid the day I gave myself the Adalimumab. I'm pretty sure it was coincidence on timing. But because I'd had the med, my immune system wasn't at full strength for the next two weeks, which means the Covid had a good romp. Knocked me flat for three weeks and It was mid-September before I truly felt myself again.

I hope your MS doesn't react as predicted.

Love and light, my friend.

So today I had my 5th Covid shot. Unfortunately because Phizer was slow on the draw to be approved I ended up getting a shot of Moderna. Was very pleasantly surprised. It didn't hurt at all. Never felt the needle at all (I was prepared for my usual jump when injected. well that did not happen.)

I went to bed immediately after the shot and slept so deeply and good. Unbelievable Moderna! I sorta love you. hahaha

I am chair dancing my core exercises right now. I have a very strong core and have surprised many when I show them how I stretch my leg the entire the length of the table without having to adjust myself in the chair. Just love that stretch!! smile I had exercised for years before I got MS. That is the one thing I terribly miss, the ability to exercise as I used to.

Right now I am reaching over and putting my full palms on the floor and feeling the stretch in my wrists.

Hey, Dow you wanna write a song with me? I am feeling the urge to write a song. Wishing you were prowling around somewhere but guess it is gonna be me, little ol' me alone.

OK, I have blabbed too much. Time to begin reading the old posts to see if anything in them tickles my fancy. Nice seeing you all once again!
