Hey Cody, I'm very happy that you haven't experienced rude, even hateful, posts at your new site....yet. When someone does enter your site with the intention of insulting your members just for fun or flaming them for no particular reason or, as George mentioned, to make fun of the very people you are there to help, I think you will change your tune. If you don't and allow it to go on, you WILL lose members and lose them fast. It won't happen often but it will happen. In the three years KA has been online, there have been four incidents that, had we not put a fast halt to them, could have ruined what many here call their 'home'. It's your responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable place for your members. If you don't, all your work will be for naught. Pete

You are right. I was wrong to mention the help that had been offered to Rick in the past. I took the words in his post very personally and I was enormously hurt by them. I was upset, much more upset than you might imagine, and I spoke out of turn. I am sorry for saying what I said.
