If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I also wanted to ask........what's the story on acidic foods? Like tomatoes and grapefruit and lemons. The goddess Ellie likes lemons!

Ellie, references to acid and LSD could be a bit confusing, not to say mind bending! Tomatoes, lemons and other citrus fruits should not be a problem, providing of course you do not eat so many that you strip the stomach lining as happened to a former colleague's wife. She was dieting to lose weight and ate nothing but oranges.
Rule 6.7. (c) ... It is forbidden to punch it forcibly, to pick it up or to knock it over. Improper clock handling shall be penalised in accordance with Article 13.4.
'Then you should say what you mean,' the March Hare went on. 'I do,' Alice hastily replied; 'at least - at least I mean what I say - that's the same thing , you know.' 'Not the same thing a bit!' said the Hatter.

Hi, Ellie: The acid makes very little difference, but the pulp of the citrus fruits is starchy, so should be avoided when possible. Best to You, John

Hi Ellie,
I eat a grapefruit each morning with breakfast and have no issues. Also eat a tomato sause with my chicken entrees and no problems as well.
As for lemons, I love them also. Use for any fish I cook as a sause and I also started drinking lemon water (one lemon squeezed into my morning water). This is good for the liver I am reading. I am currently fixing up my liver from all the NSAID damage.
Take care,
Tim

I am interested in liver cleansing as well.
I will do the 3dapple soon, to flush the Gallbladder, but i'd like to do some more.
Can you make a thread on this subject ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Arjan,
I can do at some point. Checking board from work and do not have all my literature on hand. Busy tonight unless stay up late, but will create a post some time this week. Others of course can add or start one prior to me if they wish.
I will comment on which I am doing and if I feel is working.
Take care,
Tim

Hi Guys, (Tim & Arjan) I saw your little discussion going on. Meredith (Starfish) wrote about a Detox program on 05/21/02 called Liver and Gallbladder Detox. I have no idea how to make a link clickable so you will have to look it up in the Search box. Sorry!! I have wanted to try this but my Dr suggested I have a scan done first to make sure I wouldn't be trying to pass some HUGE gallstones, since she thinks I have liver/gallbladder issues. Does anyone know, is it PAINFUL to pass gallstones? Seems kind of funny to me to be worried about something painful, but now that I am OUT of pain I don't want to willingy JUMP back into that pool!! (Ofcourse I would in the need of becoming a DeeFee PeeR again! Huh, JC?) Anway I saw John's experience with KIDNEY stones and it isn't one I want to experience. EEEEEEEKK!! Anway, there is my input!! Janet

Buckwheat, from what I hear it is extremely painful. I believe the danger comes when one is stuck and causes bile to back up. During a flush, if you're lucky to pass one from the GB, it isn't painful. I'm on a gallbladder list and one of the posters theorizes that most of what is actually passed would come out during normal bodily functions. It makes sense to me since there are person on there who have done dozens of flushes. The flush that is most utilized on that group has epsom salts as an ingredient which supposedly helps to relax the bile ducts therefore allowing any hard stones to pass. It should be stressed that it is important to replenish beneficial flora as this is disrupted. I never knew that and I believe it has contributed to my RA. It's been 2 years since I've done a flush and I believe my diet is most helpful. Another gallstone poster went the diet avenue using elimination to determine what foods she was allergic to so she could shrink her stones. I believe hers have shrunk. I'll have to contact her and see. There is an Aussie doc, Dr. Sandra Cabot, who has a couple of books out on the subject of liver cleansing. That would be good for you to check out. I believe alot of gallbladder attacks are the result of eating allergenic foods. take care, laura

hi janet i have done a liver gallbladder flush, out of curiosity more than anything else,it was a painless though somewhat queasy experience.i passed a heap of stones of varying colours and sizes Be sure to stay near a toilet in the morning after drinking the last of the epsom salts as the urge to go is sudden and more or less unstoppable jj
