If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all,
I don't attend any physiotherapy groups but just wondered if anyone has bought and tried out a gym ball. I've read that using a gym ball can help improve posture. I just wonder if it's best used in a supervised group setting or is it safe unsupervised?

Hey, Stephen: The gym ball was a life saver when I had hip and knee trouble, but I have not used it much beyond resting positions. I am, however, not afraid of employing it for more active duty except that I bought a home gym that I'm still putting together... Normally, I go to the health club but it is a longer distance than practical now. Swimming is the best exercise for us. Best Regards, John
